We have an agreement

We have agreed to a three year extension to our contract, pending ratification by the board of trustees and a vote by our membership.

  1. The new contract will run from July 1 2019-June 30, 2020.
  2. Salary increases are agreed to.
  3. Additional longevity payments have been agreed to.
  4. We agreed to cap PTO accruals.
  5. A slight increase in part-time employee’s holiday time.
  6. Time cards: Time cards are now available to be viewed digitally.
  7. We agreed to resignation time frames for members to receive payouts of time off benefits.
  8. Vacancies: When additional hours are added to the schedule or a new position is created, employees will be notified by an internal posting and those who apply will be offered an interview.
  9. Part-Time to Full-Time: Part-time employees who move to full-time within the same title will be given credit for the amount of time they’ve worked.
